Replacing Coolant Flange
Hi, Wonder if anyone could help please, I’m now changing my cracked plastic coolant flange on the side of the head on my T25 1.6TD. I’m wondering if I need to bleed the system when I fill her back up, or will I be alright just to top her back up, thanks for any help

Your radiator will be mostly empty, so you'll need to bleed the system.

the back end will need to be relativly high up for the rad to fill on a set of home ramps. But if you do that and then top up over a few short trips it will probbal burp all the air out the rad.
