Speedo Cable Broke (For the second time!)

Post by The Hairy Camper »

I've ordered 2 replacement GEMO speedo cables recently, and both have snapped where it connects to the back of the speedometer. 1st one lasted 3 weeks, 2nd one only lasted a week!

I've made sure the sleeve is pushed all the way to the end of the cable, and I've routed it the same way as the last cable, which gradually curves round and through the mount on the passenger side of the van. Anyone else had this issue?

Thanks Aidan, I will try and sort this out now. They must have changed their rules recently.
