Rear brake drum binding

I’m having problems with my rear brake drum driver-side it’s been binding and squeaking. The van has been off the road now for 18 months because I’ve been doing some welding and I need to try and sort this problem out so I can put it back on the ground and move it all the brake internals were done a 3 years ago, but having trouble adjusting to remove the drum any help.
I’m hoping I did the the original brake overhaul properly so the photo is of the brakes from 3 years ago 

I’m in weybridge Surrey if there’s anyone Local, who may be able to help

Have you followed Simon Baxter, Brickwerks's guide to setting up the rear brakes ? He posted a link back to it in the last 6 months iirc, if you look through his posts you should find it
