Post by maxstu »

Any kind forum users know where l can purchase spare parts for a chemical toilet? In particular seals and handle to close plate.
No model number. Only Dometic stamped on handle.

You can order most o rings as generic items from many bearing suppliers or eBay. They are sold by internal diameter and thickness.

Oh, and get 3percent undersize for external rings so they stretch a bit.

Hi Colin,
Thanks for your answer. I didn't make myself clear in original post.
I need to replace the whole housing which includes lever and top seal. Both rubber seals are fine. It's the plastic next to each that has broken away and allowing leaks between top and bottom units.

Regards
Stuart

O'Brien's Camping are/were Dometic agents, but possibly they've retired now. They used to always be at Busfest but I've not seen them there for a while.
