Replacement Seals for Side Windows.

Post by Piratepete »

Hi Guys
Not a 'new' topic but searching the forum didn't get me specific answers.

So I have a 1990 Holdsworth Villa 3 poptop panel van conversion. I know that I need to order Claytonrite seals for the 3 side windows but exactly what size, please? Glass - metal - web.

Also, does anyone know where from and what to order for the sliding window, which seems to be in some sort of felt lined U shape rubber seal and the seal for the fixed glass?

Thanks, Pete.

Seals Direct always come up trumps for me. This ratio comes to mind. 1.5 x 5 x 7mm Web. But don't quote me. Clayton rite is correct.
I have some spare in the garage l can measure is you wish?
No idea of sliding windows

Hi Maxstu
Ta for your reply.
Unless someone comes up with the size for the exact model conversion that I have, I think I'll wait until I/the man take out a window. The seal doesn't just go over the metal, but also the interior trim and it's difficult to measure without removing the window.

Still would like to know if anyone has had to replace the internal seals of the sliding window?

Cheers!
Pete
