Do I have a wrong headlight lens? (L/H drive)

Replacing headlights and noted one of the headlights is different (old one) than the other (new one)
Should they be similar?

Yes, the top one is RHD (look for the little arrow pointing towards the kerb)
LHD lights don't have an arrow on

One is early ( top one ) one is late (H4)

if you are in Ireland you should surely have rhd headlights even in a lhd vehicle, I don't know if beam obscurers are allowed in Ireland, maybe po had one fitted on the old lhd light at point of test ?
