I have a 1984 T25 model and wondered whether to paint the rims white and just leave the original rusted metal hub caps. Unlikely to be able to find old metal hub caps that are not rusted like mine? Any ideas anyone? I saw new ones for £30 each but they would look odd on my old van I think. My van is brown and I don't know how to upload a picture I'm afraid.

Are they different from other hubcaps? I bought mine secondhand. Most general suppliers of T3 parts sell them as well.
1986 tintop called Rutger. 1.6d (CS), 4 spd (ABF). Self-converted to camper in the Netherlands.

Get a set of the genuine vw plastic T25 wheel trims then both problems are sorted, gives a van a more modern look .
