new engine wires to coil differant?

hi ive a early 2.0 vwt25 the engine has seen many better days but i have a good strong engine to go in off a working van so the plan is to swap them over my question is over the wiring as my old engine has all the boxs on the left hand of the engine bay the ignition ampilfier and the wires to the coil come off that lot, but the new engine has differant distributer with differant wiring (red and black to the coil). think its electronic, the good news is that its wired from coil onwards so to the distributor and carbs but before the coil is where im a bit stuck where do i get the two wires going to the coil? as i think i understand it you no longer need the boxs ignition amplifier and other one or do i? can i come straight from these as was before  or like ive read you dont come of these if so where do i get the wires from? if someone could point me to where/which two i would be grateful and thanks for any advice i did look in the threads but couldnt find it. i tried putting pics up but couldnt. thanks

Fit the factory distributor from your engine to the new one

Sound like you have a Chinese after market distributor

Alternatively if you want to keep the new engine complete the coil wiring will be from the van

Black positive
Green negative

Distributor will be red positive
Black negative

hi think new distributor is a good one chap spent some money on his van so would like to keep it all together if poss, regarding the black and the green do i leave the ignition amplifier and those boxs on left of engine bay in place as was before and just connect original wires to coil or do i get the wiring from before the ignition amplifier? i would put pics up to make it easier but wont go on ive put on facebook can i put the link on here? got all the pics on there
