Vibrations on right turning

Hey y’all,

I’m trying to chase down the problem of getting vibrations when turning right.

To give you some history, the camper bus has in my 3 years of owning it wandered alittle to the right, felt this get real bad last time going from Sweden down to Spain. I’ve noted that the left tyre got very uneavenly worn on the inside but the right side was evenly worn.

Soo I swapped tyres and the bus now goes straight with no need of conter steering, however this is when I really noted that there is vibrations when I’m turning to the right, so I’m thinking with time the same issue with the tyre will appear.

Now, I’ve swapped all the bushings and ball joints last year, along with wheel bearings.

After swapping the tires I went to a shop to see if all alinement settings are still in spec, which they where, so this leaves me kinda lost

What could be wrong? Is it that a prev owner have crashed and bent something in the front carriage?

Or is there any other obvious things to check?

So you are now running a badly worn tyre on the opposite side ?
I'd want a new pair on the front personally, and then get the alignment checked, including the caster as if that's unbalanced would give the original symptoms and uneven wear.
Otherwise
Play in steering rack, or mounts, play in tie rod or tie rod end, play in wheel bearing ? Matched good springs and dampers.
Can be worth having someone with a good eye follow you on some quiet country roads they might spot if the vehicle is crabbing or looking obviously unbalanced.
Could it be the rear affecting the front, bearings and brakes and driveshafts all worth checking, most vans the rear trailing arms are seized in place and no longer adjustable - any real discrepancy should be picked up by a well done alignment check but most places these days aren't great at it in my experience, mechanics have got lazy and/or jaded by constant stream of badly maintained and/or crap to work on vehicles, or work for businesses that aren't interested unless they are fitting new parts and earning the business money

Actually I swapped the tyres out for new ones and then I did another Alignment,

The Caster was all in spec when we checked with the values in the manual.

I’m gonna check the play in the bearings again, to see what’s good, I have no real play in the steering but I’m thinking to refresh the front suspension since I swapped out springs and dampers in the back a while back.

However this “pulling” have been there to some degree ever since I got the van.

There's a measurement spec for the body/chassis in Bentley so it's possible to measure it all to see if there's something amiss left over from old accident/repair
