Tappets?

Hi everyone, decided to start the van after a couple of months of no use. It's now making this alarming noise:
t25 1915cc petrol DG
The van was fine when parked up. Would a poorly adjusted tappet cause this much noise!? Any thoughts much appreciated.

Sounds like tappet drain down. Take your van for a good drive. That usually cures it.

It’s perfectly normal….. drive it

And run it every week or so when not using it. They don't like being stood for long periods
