Convert original Holdsworth bed with draws over engine bay convert to use Westfalia bed hinges
Has anyone updated an Holdsworth Conversion Bed to use a Westfalia seat hinge? Removed original Holdsworth water tank from underneath seat and want to get more space under the bed for storage solar battery etc? Move front seat panel forward, more in line with door entry. Concerns are needs to be higher (approx 10cm) re draws over engine bay and brackets are shaped to fit directly on top of the raised platform and also the cupboards for sink / hob / grill comes out where the Westfalia is all the same width across the side?
