Check plugs, check HT leads with multimeter to make sure they are in spec.
I suppose could be an injector thats blocked partially, how does it drive?
Doesn't seem like its wobbling that bad id expect it to wobble a lot more than that if it wasn't firing on all 4

The rotor arm cutting into the side wall of the cap is a definite problem and needs rectifying

Drives OK, I did think it maybe running on 3 cylinders but not sure how to test for this.

Is your 2.1 MV or DJ? I notice your distributor doesn't have a vacuum can so I assume MV? If it is DJ then you could have the wrong distributor fitted.

It's a DJ engine using digifant ECU.

Has the original engine (an MV or SS we are guessing) been replaced with a DJ short engine, but is still fitted with the original MV distributor and wiring and ECU ?

You're welcome.
Don't forget if you're running a DJ with extra ignition advance to get the best performance you need to use higher octane petrol (Super unleaded, 97/98 RON). That will help combat pre-ignition (pinking), and has the added benefit of the lower (E5) ethanol content.

So it should also have a Digifant distributor which does not have a vacuum capsule.

It's a digifant distributor in the video.
