Leisure tank new regulator is ice covered when using Propex HS200. Is this normal?

I would say it is normal.
A propex uses relatively lot of gas. Expansion in the regulator taking away heat so the regulator gets really cold. Moisture from the air (especially when the weather is too damp) can freeze on the cold regulator.

Thanks to both for your reassurance.
I did some reading up and it seems this is perfectly normal during days' with (such as today) high humidity and using onboard accessories such as a Propex heater.
