Hi everyone,
So i just found an old picture of the engine bay from when the precious owner had it and before it was overhauled. There is something that i would like to know more about, why the two pipes in the picture goes out there in the right corner, now there is no such pipes
Below is my currently set up
If anyone have any idea, I just got curious..
Thanks

I'm not sure, but this is a photo of my CT engine bay without the pipes. Originally had a CU.

I've just noticed I have a pipe in the top left which is blanked off in your photo. I'm not sure what it does

That's for the brake servo. Does the CT powered van have servo assisted brakes?

Thanks for your input Mona! I’m not 100% sure but mine is plugged on that outlet , because previous owner said it would run better like that, seems to be some compression air escape of some kind.
Overall your setup looks very similar to mine:)

Oh really?
No I doesn’t have the break servo, and it would be weird if it had it before since it was the same motor :0

I’m kind of still confused, some guy told me it might be tubes that goes back to the canister ventilation system for the gas tank, Anyone any ideas?

The two hoses might have been for a redundant LPG fuel system vapourizer. They look about the correct size. LPG on an Aircooled is now difficult/almost impossible because the regulations dont like the idea of using hot exhaust gases to vapourize liguid fuel!
