Today I removed my DG which is a TES refurb to 2lt it has done 20k I am fitting a DJ 2.1 from AJSimmons Campershack the only things gone wrong so far is I broke the blue sensor on the thermostat housing and the pain in the rear of removing the speed shop ss exhaust which has some mild steel flanges
The dg cost me 2.5k has done 20k since I fitted and will be offered for sale soon
The reason for change is I drive a gipsy pulling a trailer and dg pulling something more brick shaped than a normal T3 equals slow hill climbs

Re: Engine change
I have a ss exhaust on my van the flanges aren't stainless. But this was installed by the previous owner so it might be an early one as I recall someone saying they swapped to stainless flanges.
