Fuel pressure regulator

I’m having a few problems with fuel delivery to the carb - thinking defo need a new fuel tank after investigation today with the AA Man.

But as part of my repairs I’m going to fit a fuel regulator with a gauge so I know what’s being delivered to the carb - any recommendations - it’s a Webber single carb on a 2.0 cu (and yes eventually I’d like to go back to twin carbs but one job at a time)
