Hello, I have an 84 Devon t25 running standard equipment. I want to replace the battery for running the vehicle. Had a splitter installed to keep the leisure battery charged.
Does anyone know the correct size / type to buy?
I’m still fitting it under the drivers seat.
Appreciate your help

A quick look through eBay...
As long as it is under 175mm high.

Re: Correct battery
Think 063 were the original size fitted to petrols however a type 100 (not the higher 096) fits in nicely to give a little more power.
Careful 096/100 get interchanged a lot, but as already said you need a max of 175mm tall.
As far as I’m aware Bosch & Varta are now the same, or certainly would seem so to the S5 and Silver Dynamic range.
I did have a couple of probatt off eBay but the ccA didn’t measure anywhere near the advertised with 6 months. (Didn’t measure at time of buying) Plus reading some later reviews seem to suggest hit and miss hence I changed to the Varta Silver Dynamic when they were on special.
