CV Joints.... how much wear is acceptable?
I'm kind of assuming this question is self answering but always good to learn from the experts....

I've never got close and personal with our T25's CV joints but on our old T2 I switched things round so that the balls made contact with unworn joint surfaces. I knew I wasn't supposed to but we were out and about. Never had a problem with them afterward.
