If it's a small window van with the 14" wheels then I think they should be same as European T3,  258mm x16mm, with either ATE or Girling floating calliper brakes

Hi , it has big windows , had a quick look underneath and the disc appears to have the wheel bearing inside it ( not sure if this help identify which disc is reqd ) .

Solid disc with a bearing in it sounds like a standard setup. If you can find a part number on your existing discs, then it should be relatively straightforward to replace them.

The tricky ones are the vented discs for the SA ‘big brake’ setup, which are rapidly starting to look like an NLA part again.

Hi , as close as i can get with a tape measure disc looks to be 258 x 16 , the caliper is a girling.

part number and size may also be stamped on edge, but aftermarket discs might not have it on, if you buy them online you can return if wrong within 14 days
they only need changing if badly scored or below minimum thickness, which is also stamped on edge, from memory it's 14 or 13.5mm, but I don't have any new 2wd discs here to check

All big window 2.5's had standard non vented front brakes. Same as late European vans.
