Cant get 3 out of 4 to tighten.
Any tips?

On the final leg now. Sort out tinware. Add silencer, oil and coolant tomorrow. Lots of minor issues sorted while 'in there'.

they're not self tappers, M6 machine screws into rivnuts - rivnuts have worked loose when you undid them as the rust on the treads that were exposed above the rivnuts caused them to lock up - try spraying some rost-off or other good penetrating and rust removing oil on the exposed threads and then once that has done it's thing try undoing the machine screws using pry force between the washer and body to try and hold the rivnut secure, once the machine screws are out you can either remove the old rivnuts and fit new or try and re-rivet them to the body
this is one of those jobs so much easier without the engine in there

Oh! Like putting rear tinware on before mounting 2&4 exhaust! :oops:
