We seem to have tangentialised. Checking back to the OP, the question was what to prioritise on a budget, so my simple answer is to fix the LPG. The savings will fund any other work.

I agree with the sentiment of sorting the LPG - invest a little now for cheaper running costs.

However, if its been sat for a while I would try giving it an 'Italian tune up' for now (i.e. get some miles on it, drive it reasonably hard and reasonably fast  ) and see how it is then, along with replacing any obviously missing vacuum pipes etc. Its unlikely to get worse than it is quickly.

Roll bar rubbers are reasonably cheap and easy, so could be worth doing. May improve handling a little, may not, depends how bad they actually are. Unlikely to get much worse that quickly.

However, corrosion will get worse - depending where it is and how bad it is it may get much worse very quickly. It won't make the van nicer to drive, and is easy to ignore, but I'd get it sorted now, as the more of a hold it takes the higher the bill will be to fix it!
