Cheers mate.
I did see her but she ducked out of the way before I could claim my 10 points.

Bumper. Pretty good shape.
Bar code label; haven’t seen this before on other vans. I wonder if it was used by the factory paint robot?

Hammered the bumper out as it was in pretty bad shape from various knocks. Lick-o-Paint. Replaced the NSF headlamp as the glass was missing.
My current list of jobs to do:
Dash Bulbs 2W (ordered)
Number Plates (plastic nuts & bolts ordered)
Left indicators don’t work front & back (?) but hazards do, so I’m thinking indicator stalk issue?
No side lights, rear (?) Not sure, thought it was related to missing tailgate but it wasn’t as I trial fitted it. Wire damage maybe, I’ll trace and buzz them out with multimeter or maybe it’s the headlamp switch itself
Suspension bushes (perished)
NSR wheel bearing, came up on its last MOT in 2006 as an advisory. I don’t suppose it’s got any better over the past 15 years!

QQ
I’m showing a high level of oil on the dipstick, above max. Now, I know this isn’t the case. So, have I inadvertently swapped the petrol oil dipstick for a diesel one; i.e. is a diesel dipstick longer?
Petrol Dipstick Length: 14”
Diesel Dipstick Length: 27”
Or am I the dipstick?

Re: 1990 Singlecab II
Fuel getting in sump from running rich or choke issue?
fuel getting into sump via fuel pump?
Coolant getting into sump ?
Just a rouge reading from the dipstick ?

Re: 1990 Singlecab II
Thanks for your feedback. All good things to consider, it's runs really well - no fueling or choke issues. Coolant, maybe but no visible loss of coolant from expansion tank. I've only just filled it with anti-freeze though so it's still settling to its level. Probably a rough reading. I'm not overly concerned about it. This oil didn't get changed when I installed this engine so I'll change it and monitor it. At least now everyone knows the difference between diesel & petrol dipstick lengths, if they didn't already - I didn't.

Needs some Bilstein B8 & -80mm springs and it’ll look better. On this list.
Waiting for Brickwerks to re-stock these items ^^
