1z oil breather alternative or back to standard

Hi my van has had a 1Z Engine fitted way back in 2005 long before I got it, it go’s ok but has some issues the breather set up has being the first to deal with as it’s been lashed up And oil is going all over the engine I will add some photos tomorrow 
the cam cover has had a small air filter put on a metal tube coming out of where the oil siphon should go
the oil siphon is just floating the under side blocked up 1 pipe from it go’s to the inlet before the turbo Jx the other pipe runs down to the out let on the block.
so I’m thinking is there a better alternative or should I try to put it back to standard 
ps the metal tube looks to be welded in.

I don't know about the rest of what you have there but this hose appears to be twisted and closed off to free passage of anything.
