Thanks, kind of you to say so. The aim of documenting it has been to motivate myself, but to show it can be done by a novice (but not necessarily how it should be done!!)

It took some time to figure out where some of those photos were taken from Roger. In a weird way you have provided me some encouragement as it seems the Scottish air has been less aggressive to my van than yours

Just so you know, if you need to do more floor you can get ribbed sections of floor from Schofields. I will need to get some for the left portion of the engine bay to the wheelarch and have spoken with them about supplying a piece, when I need it.

I didn’t worry about the profile , it’ll always be hidden so I just bent everything to fit. A bit quick and dirty, but hey, gets the job moving along. And luckily the floor that the arch welds to is tip top rust free, much better than some others I’ve seen on here.

Just read this entire thread .
Thanks so much for posting all the details, I'm psyching myself up to do some more bodywork on ours and thought this would be a good way to get back into it before I get mucky.
Hope you are still working on it , you have done a fantastic job so far , much respect .
I am still working, but van is a couple of miles away in another garage since I moved house a year ago. Makes it more difficult, and no power either, so have to be mindful of generator noise for the vans neighbours. Updates soon.
and I’m glad the thread is useful, but I’m no expert, I think the point is to show that a novice with time can do it.
