What is this pipe and where I can buy a replacement?

Hi all,

I've been meaning to try and replace this rusty looking coolant pipe for ages. Does anyone know where I might be able to buy one? Or what you'd call it so I can search for the correct term on google? (image attached - with the red line showing where it goes with various junctions)

I'm finally getting around to sorting a few things on the van, optimistic that the summer holidays are still going to be happening!
