Hi everyone, I'm repainting my van over the winter and I am looking for the best place to buy some coach enamel.
I found a couple of places online, but they wanted £200 for 6 litres. I wondered if anyone here knows where/if i can find some cheaper?
I'm after Pastel White (L90D/R1R1) and possibly MediumBlau (J5J5/LH5G). 3 Litres of each.
I have thinners and primer, i just need the paint!!
Cheers.

Jawel paints can mix VW colours in Truckcoat a polyurethane enamel paint.

Thanks for the reply bigherb. Have you ordered from them? Is their quality good?

Lechler do a paint called Acritop. It's 2k and just cost me 125 for 3 liters of LH5G.
Our old van was also painted in this.
6 liters sounds like alot of paint for one van.

Yes,

I actually spray it, good gloss straight from the gun.

Appreciate that bigherb. I got in touch with them yesterday and they said they can sort me out with both colours

We did mine with 3 litres of cellulose, 4 or 5 thin coats mixed 60/40 with thinners and still have some left for touch-ups.
Not the same paint I know but gives you a rough idea.
