I recently changed small pipe attached and it was a real pain. Some remove pulley for better access. I used a miniature 1/4" drive socket to release the nuts. Or cut down an old spanner. Drain down is required unless you have an alternative idea. Plus Gas it for a few days. Yet I doubt it will give problems as spigot is plastic. But why change? Is it leaking?

It just looked like a tiny crack was appearing where one of the bolts is. I think I will get the parts and replace it when I next change the coolant.
