Night Heater Identification, help please

Hiya
it's the first time I've ever posted on a forum so I'm hoping it's in the right place, apologies if not.

My night heater starts fine but cuts out after about 10 minutes, so it obviously needs some sort of attention. Problem is, I don't know what sort it is as there are no manufacturer markings numbers at all on there. Only thing is a 'Made in England' sticker on the side. I'm really hoping one of you lovely lot might be able to tell me what it is so I can try and fix it!

I have found propex to be very helpful i would give them a ring, probably need to send the heater to them so they can fix it.

Looks like a Propex X1. Lots of info online and as previously stated Propex themselves are very helpful even though this is a long obsolete model. That said, it is a simple, reliable and safe device and still perfectly usable with a few basic checks (and at 1600W will throw out a fair bit of heat).

There are various safety features that can cause a cut off. for example, the case being off / loose will cause it to fire but cut out immediately (so unlikely to be your issue). There is also a flame detector that triggers a valve to shut off the gas supply in the event the flame goes out. It will also operate intermittently or not at all if incoming gas pressure is too low / high.

If it's starting up and running for 10 minutes could be the thermostat (IE the cabin reached optimum temperature), I can never get my cabin that warm!
Though, if it cuts out I can't see from the controller photo if you have LED's, which will flash so many times to tell you what the issue is.
As previous posters have said, Propex are great to deal with.
If you do send it to propex and depending how long you intend to keep the van for. The solid slate resistor board upgrade for £65 is good, it eliminates the fan start up issue on the older models (if yours has that system) which probably does.
