Does this look like a drinking water pump?

Would people say this is a drinking water pump?
I haven't had time with this rubbish weather to get fully underneath, though does it resemble a drinking water pump, as getting no water to my sink.

It’s possible it is , however , there is a non return valve in the blue plastic pipe nearby.
You’ll have to trave the pipes, or add power to that pump and see if it works
Either way I would be taking that lot off and replumbing with new pipe and some sort of normal tidiness
