This is my first post, so please be gentle with me.
My T25 is suffering from crap door mirror syndrome, I am wanting to replace them with the defender mirrors mentioned.
Please would someone tell me how I purchase the brackets from rowsey, assuming they are still available.
I have ordered the mirrors.
Many thanks.

Sorry to drag up an old thread, but i am looking at putting Landy mirrors on my van, Any reason i cant just drill a couple holes in the door skin and put some 5mm plate behind as a strengthener and attach THE mirrors to this. Meaning i dont need the adaptors?
Also are all the mirrors the same quality? or is it best to buy a branded part?
Cheers

do not think there are "branded"parts for the adapters, got mine from rowsley,I used wet and dry just to smooth off the edges(just me being finicky),they are great a huge improvement over the standard mirrors,I bought mine from Rimmers and bought the cheaper type of mirror, should have bought genuine landy ones from them as the powder coat is coming off them in places

HI Scott,
I probably wont need the adapters as want to fix them direct to the door.
Which model of mirrors did you buy? the Britpart ones?

cannot remember which ones but they were the cheaper ones, why do you want to drill holes in your van?the brackets line up perfectly with the bolt holes already in the door

Why would i not drill holes in the door?
id i weld up the OEM holes and attach the landy mirrors direct to the door it would look a far cleaner install. I think ill order the mirrors and go from there. :ok

Just fitted some to ours, made some brackets and thought if I sprayed them the van colour they would look better, they don't so I will be doing the same when the weather improves, just make sure the backing plate is substantial as the mirrors take a lot of force to get to the right angle.

Just about to fit mine, I got the brackets from rowlesy. I've primered them, just need to paint them black now. I just got the standard defender mirrors.

 First post and suffering Autocorrect abuse already..... On the mirrors though, obviously I'm looking to fit Landy mirrors (although if anyone has fitted Mandy mirrors I'd love to see them) Also I assume its the same for all but is the passenger mirror on the standard ones always looking into a field? Surely someone in a factory must've noticed that? Maybe mines an incorrect mirror...I literally cannot see any of the road behind me...

Recommend powder coat / rustoleum / hammerite the adapters or a rubber shim underneath on the vertical edge. Just caught this in time. I had etch primered and sprayed.
