Top is hazards,bottom is rear fog and middle I don't have on my van but I'm thinking by the symbol rear heated screen?

That doesn't change the fact that the switch is for the HRW - it may have been re-utilized for something else but that doesn't change its original remit.

I re-purposed one of those switches for my front fog lights, just cos it fit's nicely in the dash.
Maybe someone's done the same with yours.

same switch is for heated mirrors (and same circuit)

It's been repurposed as an immobiliser then
