After careful consideration - The food theme for SP 2018 will be Cheese and Nibbles.
We'll strip the food theme idea back to it's beginning of aperitifs. That is of UK origin.
My idea is to take the pressure off of the cook and producing overwhelming amounts of food to being something that is communal, whereby everybody can have a chat, drink, nibble etc
So, local cheeses to your area (Stiltonshire!), Melton pork pies? , biscuits, crisps, dips, pickles, chutneys etc - you get the idea. Not withstanding the Vegetarian varieties and Vegan varieties of nibbles. (Clearly I prefer savoury) Indulge us with sweets, chocs and puds,
