Definitely the best way forward multisi. Been in touch with Richard at RJES and ordered the hose and also sorted out the right tank.
Sorry for the ignorance ( ) but what’s the best way to bleed the system and what do you mean by open the heater settings? Would normally get the garage for this sort of thing but as I can obviously change the tank and pipework myself would be good to also be able to do the rest. Cheers.

Thanks for all the advice guys - got the new header tank and pipework from RJES fitted now. Just want to double check where to fill from on the radiator. Is the bolt the one to the left of the radiator as you look at the van. I’m assuming it is as can’t see any other but just want to be sure!
