Fresh Water Not Working - T25 Westfalia Cali

T25 newbie and wondering if anyone could shed any light on using the fresh water tank!:

- Tap Clicks, but no pump sound
- Is there a fuse for this?
- Recently took out fresh water filler cap to get a key made and might have replaced incorrectly?....
- What are the 2 x thinner hoses?!

Photo attached of interior - Seems to be connected but not sure what else to check for.

Any thoughts gratefully received.
