Post by Campermad »

Not sure if correct forum section

But im back with more tales of woe from my T25 devon hitop

Expansion tank leaking.
Bought a new one online using reg number and checking the typw of vehicle etc etc..anyway this came but with different pipe diameters. The one on my bus looks like this (2nd photo) with thicker pipes....
Which one is the correct part?ImageImage

Don't know the year of your van, but you need a header tank for up to 1985.

I fitted a new tank last week, the hoses went on without any difficulty.

For lube, I can see this going somewhere, I find a good mouthful of spittle on a finger and thumb does very well.
Yup yours is an early one, like mine.
