DG 1.9 '87 Air Intake Hoses- placement?

Post by aknapper »

Does anyone know where the two air intake hoses are supposed to go? Mine appear to be original but are held on with zip ties. Haynes and online provide no helpful photos of position/clips so would like to ask the forum. Air filter hosing is fine and air exchanger plastic thing is hidden under RH quarter panel. It's fine too and I've just removed and cleaned all but then realized that I have no idea where the hoses x2 are supposed to be positioned. I'll add a few pics. If anyone has pics of original config that would be super and 'Otto' would be greatly appreciative. thx Andrew

As said, not required in our climate. Helpful for cold running and quicker warm-up in arctic conditions.
