Glow circuit and dash lighting problem

I'm supposed to be driving my 91 LHD Syncro diesel to the alps on Saturday but I seem to have developed an electrical problem.

The glow circuit isn't working. The glow light, full beam light and speedo and clock illumination lights aren't working on the dash. When I scroll the brightness wheel the oil level warning and oil warning light change a bit but neither of them seem to be working properly. The headlights still work fine though regardless of what the dash says.

Has anyone had a similar problem and can suggest a few things to try?
