Recommend a heavy duty pop rivet gun

Post by Winchweight »

Hi guys, I have a standard duty gun, but want a heavy duty version for 4.8 - 6mm pop rivets.

What do you recommend?

Hand or air?

I bought a Beta one at a local factors as I was fed up with the normal cheap gun type ones, and that's very good but won't do 6mm I don't think..

If I am doing more than a couple I will get my PCL air rivet gun out, and that is excellent.

Cheers

Cool. Either works, I was thinking hand, but I have air as an option.

I use lazy tongs, does 1/4" rivets pretty effortlessly and no power supply needed.

Yes my lazy tong job does it without that bone jarring shock as the head lets go. But if you are only doing a few... :?
