Autosleeper Trooper - Speaker in the upper shelf?

Does anyone here know the height of the upper shelf in an autosleeper trooper VT20 ?

I am not with my van for a few more months and wondered what size speakers I could possibly fit in there (6x9?)

Hi, I've just measured mine and it is 6 inches exactly.
1988 1.9 DG Autosleeper Trooper.
