how about getting an 8 foot piece of wood like a fencepost or scaffold plank, use a pivot at say 2 foot ( a breeze block perhaps) then stand on the other end, unless it's silly heavy you should find a ratio that lifts it and then weigh yourself and work it out from the lever ratio.
