One for the upcyclers and repurposing fans...
When you buy new front balljoints they come with a plastic protector for the threads & taper. Don't bin it! Trim off the internal barbs (if it has them) and it makes a handy little funnel with a decent sized outlet (unlike commercial pea-shooter funnels)

Many years ago I fitted a set to the front of my first T3 without realising they were just covers...
1981 Vanagon Westy Burning oil as fuel...
