Hi folks
Failed Mot on track rod end play. I want to replace it myself, but the Haynes manual is trying to make an a*** of me!
Track rod end / tie rod end. Are these different things? And do I need a 'universal balljoint separator " to get it off?
Thanks in advance

Same thing. Undo the nut enough not to expose any of the male thread, get hammer & peice of wood, put wood over nut & hit it hard with said hammer. Should free it.
