Anybody know where to get them for WBX?
Looked this up on this version of ETKA
http://www.realoem.me/Volkswagen/RDW/T2 ... 1/101/3010 " onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
it gives me a part number ( 41 on diagram) of 113 1011 57C
bought these of VWH and they don't fit ( diameter too big and too deep, hits cam)
VWH does not list them as WBX but ETKA does.
Perhaps they are just cheap and nasty reproductions?

thanks

Not sure if that is just poor repro or maybe maybe slightly oversize as new, i have always reused the existing on my previous beetle and wbx engines, not had one leak yet, where is the crossed fingers icon?

maybe clamp up but its much thicker sheet
the depth is wrong but I suppose you could cut it down.
I did reuse the old one
It would be nice to find a proper supply

OK thanks so looks like we may have to live with these.
I will try one on an old case without cam and see if it closes up, if so then it's just a matter of cutting them down.
I may just ask Brickwerks if they can get anything better quality first.

That is the correct part number, just a carp part by the looks of it.
Still available from Classic (as a Classic+ part)...
http://www.volkswagen-classic-parts.de/ ... 52945.html
Look at the list in "further info".
Bah! Now I need to mic up all mine!
...they're all good.

Thanks, seems you need an account to use the classic website.
Did you ever buy this part from them?
not listed on VWH Classic search.
Michael at Brickwerks told me he thinks Classic are suplying the same part that doesn't fit WBX.

Weirdly I clicked my own link and it took me to some "you must log in" kind of page, but put the part number in the search and found it again, and the URL was identical to the link posted, but I could see it all this time! Now the link works. Different device so I'm seeing the mobile version now, the earlier post was done on the old PC.
Anyway, no I've not bought this part off Classic so can't answer that query. Michael will know.
