I think that you may have missed responding to the email from Mocki to complete the club registration. I think that you completed the application and didn't finish after you received your number. Drop a message to Mocki and he should be able to put you right.

Can you access 'members only chat'?

Today I cut off about 3-4 inches off the metal pipe, and it has run for about an hour, the thermostat opened and the rad got nice and warm, no problems, :)
