Haynes manual wiring help.

I've managed to cook one of the wires going into the ignition switch. It's black, 1.5mm and goes to connection 15 on the switch.
I think I shorted the wire behind the steering column. Now I have no ignition feed. Dash, indicators, ecu and fuel pump (subaru engine) no longer come on when the key is turned to on.

I need to replace this wire. Can somebody the me where it comes from?The Haynes manual diagram shows it coming from A8, but I don't know what that is.

A8 is connector A pin 8 on your fusebox.
