Rear cab vents

I've read that the conduit for ventilation to the rear of the van is blocked on everything except factory minibuses and campers.
Where are the blocks and are they removable?

Do you mean the ventilation through the doors , look on your A post ( hinge post ) the caravelle is open with a rubber gasket there .

I think they must be under the dash somewhere...

I'm not sure they're blocked as such, more like not sealed around the joining flanges such as door shuts etc.

I'm going to add seals to mine to improve ventilation around the upper areas of the bus, in the hope that it won't rot like last time...
