Re: Vr6 conversion
It's funny you should say that, I own an audi a4 with the 2.6 ABC motor in it, and would love to put one in my van but again I can't seem to find any definitive answers as regards fitting it, I.e which clutch /flywheel to use other than it's probably best to use an engine from an audi 80 for wiring ecu, no immobiliser etc

Re: Vr6 conversion
Don't be afraid of the immobiliser, use it as an extra level of security. Give the loom to Syncroandy on here and he'll supply you with a work of art. Use the original flywheel and clutch cover along with a bellhousing spacer from an S4, your gearbox will thank you for re-using the DMF. Then you can either use an early Quattro centre plate, or get a custom one made by someone like CG motorsports or put a Tdi input shaft in the box and use stock Tdi centre plate from a Golf pd130. I've yet to check if the Passat Tdi/ v6 clutch splines are the sameness golf in which case it's even easier with the Tdi input shaft.

Cheers
Are still selling and what are you looking for for the complete set up? My 2.1 wbx might on the way out with water leakage from the left cylinder bank.
