AVO springs and shocks

Afternoon all, I was told when I bout my van it was on AVO shocks and springs with the potential for a -80mm drop and Adjustable dampening. Just wondering how do I go about adjusting the height of my van with these. Got the wheel off but not sure what to do next. Any help appreciated.
