Vactan and Cellulose????

Has anyone noticed that Vactan can't be over painted with cellulose, do you need to prime first or just not use it?

Vactan is acrylic
says here cellulose doesn't go over acrylic

This is what worries me about Rustoleum, possible incompatability in future

Mine has been sprayed and will be resprayed with 2 pack whatever that is? Googling now :run

2 pack will go over most substrates ,the issue will he the cost of getting rid of brushed/rollerered and other finnishes same ss the issues faced when vans have had poor repairs ,
