Re: Steering wheel security
The very best is the Disklok, but it won't fit over manual steering wheels as they are too big. It fits up to 350mm diameter IIRC.
You could instead fit a pedal lock such as the Clutch Claw which locks all your pedals together?

Yes was just about to add that a large does fit ,,,
On putting it on wheel I was just wondering what actually stops them driving it with it on,,
you still have some control of the wheel

Re: Steering wheel security
It has a bar which restricts the movement, but if it fits correctly it's loose over the wheel and spins freely.

Re: Steering wheel security
You can still grab the wheel though with it on ... obviously movement would be difficult but i think possible maybe ...
